NQCG´s mission is to develop Quantum Information Processing and Communication (QIPC) systems that will strengthen the connections between quantum technology, nanomaterials science, nanotechnology, mathematics and capital. As a ‘system’ it may be characterised as technosystem. That is a technological, scientific, economical system, with synergetic (self enforcing) processes between the three different systems. A fact it seeks to take advantage of and work within.

NQCG´s vision is to be recognised by the international research and business community as the leading interdisciplinary research centre for quantum technology and quantum information theory, next generation nanomaterials, complex nanosystems, artificial intelligence, experimental mathematics, economics and law — a preferred nucleus representing the sum of the best thinkers in the private, corporate and academic sector, dedicated to make quantum technology and nanotechnology research open-source.

Today there exist no such facilities in the world at all, and we therefore hope and believe that our initiative will result in an international focal point attracting worldwide collaboration with leading researchers and engineers in cooperation with international and national research institutes, university research laboratories, industrial manufacturing facilities and future technology companies, in support of realising and operating the worlds first open-source large scale competitive Quantum Computing systems architecture and infrastructure to be made freely available for the full development of safe-by-design nanotechnology and quantum technology.
